The Eleanor on Parsons

The Parsons Avenue Redevelopment Corporation (PARC) is planning to develop a new building at 921 Parsons Avenue called The Eleanor on Parsons. The Eleanor is a 12-unit affordable housing development with approximately 800 square feet of commercial space. Named after the mother of long-time South Side advocate Reverend John Edgar, The Eleanor will help to increase the number of rental units for working class households in our community.

PARC welcomes support from both individuals and corporations and we have created the opportunity for virtually anyone to be a part of the project.
